ADA4930-2YCPZ-R2 Overview
The linear amplifier is packaged in a 24-WFQFN Exposed Pad, CSP case which makes it easy for the consumer to handle. An op amp of this type is a Differential-type. There is a Tape & Reel (TR) case that is delivered with the instrumentation amplifiers. It is estimated that there will be 24 terminations in the next few months. Buffer amplifier has a total of 24 pins on it. I would like you to keep in mind that this buffer amplifier needs to be run at a voltage of 3.3V. 24 pins are included on the operational amplifiers. As far as the input offset voltage is concerned, linear amplifier rates at 150μV. Surface Mount is the recommended mounting type for this linear amplifier.
