ADA4930-2YCPZ-R2 Overview
The linear amplifier is packaged in a 24-WFQFN Exposed Pad, CSP case which makes it easy for the consumer to handle. An op amp of this type is a Differential-type. There is a Tape & Reel (TR) case that is delivered with the instrumentation amplifiers. It is estimated that there will be 24 terminations in the next few months.
