Extended operating temperature at -40°C~85°C. There is a 4.75V~5.25V power supply that powers the device. The low-level I/O ports on this PMIC have a voltage of 0.8V. This device displays a voltage of 2.4V for high-level I/Os. A 20 termination is included in the part. ANALOG CIRCUIT IC with PMIC technology. The part requires a normal voltage of 5V. Users should be noted that this device requires 4.75V or higher voltage to start up. In order to prevent damage to the device, it is important to keep the maximum voltage below 5.25V.
