Currently available in Surface Mount. -40°C~85°C achieves a higher operational temperature. Using a 4.75V~5.25V power supply, it operates as it should. It has a voltage of 0.8V for its low-level I/O ports in this PMIC. This device is capable of delivering voltages of 2.4V for high-level I/Os on its pins. This is a 3mA device.
