ADE7768ARZ Overview
Packged in Tube. Packet 16-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width). It is suitable for use as a Single Phase meter. There is an option for Surface Mount. Optimal operation is achieved at -40°C~85°C at a higher temperature. 4.75V~5.25V power supply is used to operate it. The I/O ports on this PMIC have a voltage of zero on their low-level interfaces. When using this device for high-level I/Os, the voltage presented by it is 2.4V 4V 4.5V. 16 terminations are included on this part. PMIC analog POWER SUPPLY SUPPORT CIRCUIT IC with high power. There is a normal voltage needed for the part, which is 5V. Devices such as this one require a voltage of 4.75V or higher to work. It is recommended that the maximum voltage that can be applied to the device should be kept below 5.25V. It has 16 pins jointed. In other words, it is a 5mA device. A logic device with 2 channels has been implemented within this system.
