ADF4002BCPZ-RL Overview
A clock integrated circuit is packaged in a Tape & Reel (TR)-shaped package because it is for use as a clock. The 20-WFQFN Exposed Pad, CSP package contains this clock generator. This clock generator ic can sustain a maximum temperature of 260 during reflowing. As you can see, it consists of 20 terminations. Basically, a voltage of 3V should be applied to this electronic frequency generator. A clock generator's input is called CMOS, TTL and it is designed as the input for this clock generator. There is a maximum frequency of 400MHz Max with this clock-based frequency generator. This component can be conveniently installed on the panel thanks to the Surface Mount.
