ADF4007BCPZ Overview
Clock ICs are packaged using the Tray method. A Clock PLL is included with the 20-WFQFN Exposed Pad, CSP package. Under reflowing process, this clock generator ic is able to sustain a maximum temperature of 260. 20 terminations can be found in frequency generators.
