ADF4110BRUZ-RL7 Overview


Clock ICs are packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method. The 16-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) package contains this clock generator. Frequency generator is capable of operating at a maximum temperature of 260 when reflowing. It contains 16 terminations that can be found in frequency synthesizer.
