ADF4113HVBRUZ Overview
As a clock IC, PLLs is packaged using the Tube method. The 16-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) package includes this clock generator. The peak reflow temperature (Cel) amounts to 260 to be essentially indestructible. It contains a total of 16 terminations within RF synthesizer.
