This clock IC is packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method. In the 20-WFQFN Exposed Pad, CSP package, there is an embedded clock generator. Frequency generator can maintain a maximum temperature of 260 under reflowing conditions. There are a total of 20 terminations in this file. Basically, a voltage of 3V should be applied to this electronic frequency generator. A clock generator's input is called CMOS, TTL and it is designed as the input for this clock generator. 6.2GHz is the maximal value for normal operation. Due to the Surface Mount-shape, this electronic component can be conveniently installed on the panel. The maximal supply voltage (Vsup) reaches 3.3V.
