ADF4360-2BCPZ Overview


As a clock IC, PLLs is packaged using the Tray method. This clock generator is embedded in the 24-WFQFN Exposed Pad, CSP package. Under reflowing process, this clock generator ic is able to sustain a maximum temperature of 260. It contains 24 terminations that can be found in frequency synthesizer.
