ADF4360-2BCPZ Overview
As a clock IC, PLLs is packaged using the Tray method. This clock generator is embedded in the 24-WFQFN Exposed Pad, CSP package. Under reflowing process, this clock generator ic is able to sustain a maximum temperature of 260. It contains 24 terminations that can be found in frequency synthesizer. This clock generator ic should receive a voltage of 3.3V. In this clock generator, CMOS, TTL is used as the input to the clock. An implementation of 1 circuits is required in order to fully utili1e the capabilities of the electrical part. This component can be conveniently installed on the panel thanks to the Surface Mount.
