ADF4360-4BCPZRL Overview
Tape & Reel (TR)-method packaging is used for clock ICs. The 24-WFQFN Exposed Pad, CSP package embeds this Clock PLL. A maximum temperature of 260 can be sustained by this clock generator ic during reflowing. It contains 24 terminations that can be found in frequency synthesizer.
