This electronic part is conveniently packaged in 16-VQFN Exposed Pad, CSP, making it easy to ship abroad. A high level of reliability can be achieved through the use of an advanced packaging method Tape & Reel (TR). Multiplexers like this are mounted in the Surface Mount position.
