ADG1213YRUZ Overview


Due to its 16-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) packaging, the electronic part is convenient for international shipping. To ensure high reliability, a new packaging method Tube is used. Mounted in Surface Mount is this multiplexer. Multiplexers and demultiplexers have a ratio of 1:1. Operation at a temperature around -40°C~125°C TA. There are 16 terminations totally. A 4 channel electronic part produces high-quality output. If the voltage supply is 15V volts, the electrical component should be turned on and run. There are 16 pins injected into the electronic part body. Multiplexers built on a SPST - NO/NC switching circuit are built. Use ADG1213 to search for variants of the digital switches. The internal resistance of this digital multiplexer is 190Ohm. To find out what the 16 pins do, please refer to the datasheets. It is a typical Multiplexer or Switches analog multiplexer. Users shouldn't supply more than 16.5V voltage to the switch device. Analog switch ics with Dual, Single supply type are cost-effective. In order for the electronic part to function properly, the lowest voltage should be 5V. For this multiplexer to operate, 220μA current would be sufficient. If you put voltage higher than 380μA on the digital multiplexer, damage may occur. It is possible to supply this switch device with dual voltages. However, it is not advisable to exceed 16.5V. When using dual power supplies, you should attach at least 4.5V. This electrical part is compatible with 12V operating voltages. The data can be transferred over a wide range of bandwidths, called 1 GHz bandwidths.
