ADG1309BRUZ-REEL7 Overview
Due to its 16-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) packaging, the electronic part is convenient for international shipping. In order to provide high reliability, an advanced packaging method Tape & Reel (TR) is used. It is mounted in the position Surface Mount. Multiplexers and demultiplexers have a ratio of 4:1. The operating temperature is extended to around -40°C~105°C TA. In total, 16 terminations have occurred. As a result of its 4 channels, this electronic component provides high-quality output. Turning on and running the electrical part should be easy with a 15V voltage supply. An electrical component like this is included in the 16 series. Circuits based on SP4T switching are used to construct these analog switch ics. A 2 circuit is present in this switch device. Use ADG1309 to search for variants of the digital switches. As far as internal resistance is concerned, it has 210Ohm. To find out what the 16 pins do, please refer to the datasheets. It is generally not recommended to supply a voltage higher than 16.5V to the switch device in normal circumstances. A analog switch ic that has a cost-effective Dual, Single supply type. The lowest voltage the electronic part should receive is 5V. The switch device would be able to operate with 220μA current. It is possible to supply this switch device with dual voltages. However, it is not advisable to exceed 16.5V. A dual power supply should have at least 5V voltage attached. The electronic component can function from 15V. Among the inputs that can be operated are the 8 inputs. The transfer of data can be performed over 500MHz bandwidths.
