Shipping overseas is convenient with the electronic component packed in 8-WFDFN Exposed Pad, CSP. In order to provide high reliability, an advanced packaging method Tape & Reel (TR) is used. Mounted in Surface Mount is this multiplexer. Multiplexers and demultiplexers have a number of circuits 2:1. Operating temperature extended to -40°C~125°C TA.
