ADG1613BCPZ-REEL7 Overview
Shipping overseas is convenient due to the electrical component's packing in 16-VQFN Exposed Pad, CSP. This high-reliability packaging method uses advanced packaging methods Tape & Reel (TR). It is mounted in the position Surface Mount. 1:1 is the ratio between multiplexers and demultiplexers. Around -40°C~125°C TA is the extended operating temperature. By its 4 channels, the electronic component provides high-quality output. A SPST - NO/NC switching circuit is used to build these analog multiplexers. The multiplexer consists of 4 circuits.
