ADG333ABRSZ Overview
Shipping overseas is convenient with the electronic component packed in 20-SSOP (0.209, 5.30mm Width). Advanced packaging method Tube is used to provide high reliability. It is mounted in the position Surface Mount. 2:1 is the ratio of multiplexer to demultiplexer circuits. Operating temperature around -40°C~85°C TA extended. 20 terminations have been made so far. Due to its 4 channels, the electrical component produces high-quality output. A 15V voltage supply should turn on and run the electronic component. A key feature of the 20 series is the inclusion of this electronic part as part of its design. A SPDT switching circuit is used for these analog switches. Use ADG333 to search for variants of the digital switches. As far as internal resistance is concerned, it has 45Ohm. The datasheets for the 20 pins explain the functions. There is Multiplexer or Switches analog multiplexer like this in the world. normally, users should not supply switches with voltages higher than 30V. Analog switch ics with Dual, Single supply type are cost-effective. 3V should be the lowest voltage fed to the electronic component. 50μA current would be enough for this multiplexer to operate. The switch multiplexer may be damaged if it is exposed to voltage greater than 250μA. For this switch device, it is feasible to have two supplies. However, the voltage should not exceed 20V. You should attach at least 3V voltage if you are using dual power supply. This electrical part is compatible with 12V operating voltages. It has a Drain to Source resistance of 35mOhm ohms. 8 outputs are included in the analogue multiplexer.
