ADG413BRZ-REEL Overview
The electrical component comes in 16-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) packaging, which makes it convenient to ship overseas. Advanced packaging method Tape & Reel (TR) is used to provide high reliability. It is mounted in the position Surface Mount. Multiplexers and demultiplexers have a number of circuits 1:1. The operating temperature is extended to around -40°C~85°C TA. A total of 16 terminations have been recorded. By its 4 channels, the electronic component provides high-quality output. When a voltage supply of 15V is used, the electronic component should be turned on and run. There are 16 pins injected into the electronic part body. The analog switch ics are built using SPST - NO/NC switching circuits. Look for analog switch ic variants by searching with ADG413. It has an internal resistance of 35Ohm.
