ADG439FBRWZ Overview
Due to its 16-SOIC (0.295, 7.50mm Width) packaging, the electronic part is convenient for international shipping. To ensure high reliability, a new packaging method Tube is used. In Surface Mount, this analog switch is mounted. In the multiplexer and demultiplexer, 4:1 represents the number of circuits. Around -40°C~125°C TA is the extended operating temperature. Total terminations are 16. By its 4 channels, the electronic component provides high-quality output. When a voltage supply of 15V is used, the electronic component should be turned on and run. As part of its design, the 16 series is equipped with this electronic component. A SP4T switching circuit is used for these analog switches. This multiplexer is composed of 2 circuits. Using the ADG439 search parameter, you can discover variants of the switch. It has an internal resistance of 270Ohm. For details about the functions of 16 pins, please refer to the datasheets. It is a typical Multiplexer or Switches analog multiplexer.
