ADG506ATQ Overview


Due to its 28-CDIP (0.600, 15.24mm) packaging, the electronic part is convenient for international shipping. High reliability is achieved by using advanced packaging method Tube. In Through Hole, this analog switch is mounted. 16:1 is the ratio of multiplexer to demultiplexer circuits. Operating temperature around -55°C~125°C TA extended. In total, there are 28 terminations.
