ADG509AKP Overview
As the electronic part is packed in 20-LCC (J-Lead), international shipping is convenient. In order to provide high reliability, an advanced packaging method Tube is used. In Surface Mount, this analog switch is mounted. Multiplexer and demultiplexer circuits have a number 4:1. Operational temperature extended around -40°C~85°C TA. In total, there have been 20 terminations. Due to its 1 channels, the electrical component produces high-quality output. It is safe to turn on and run the electronic component with a 15V voltage supply. Into the electrical component body are injected 20 pins. A SP4T switching circuit is used for these analog switches. A 2 circuit is present in this switch device. Try searching for the analog switch ic with ADG509 if you are looking for variants. This digital multiplexer has 450Ohm internal resistance. The functions of 20 pins can be found in the datasheets. The analog multiplexer shown here is a typical Multiplexer or Switches. The lowest voltage fed to the electronic component should be 10.8V. 600μA current would be enough for this multiplexer to operate. If put voltage greater than 16.5V on the multiplexer, damage may be caused to the device. The voltage should be at least 10.8V if you are using dual power supplies.
