ADG509AKRZ-REEL Overview
The electrical component comes in 16-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) packaging, which makes it convenient to ship overseas. To ensure high reliability, a new packaging method Tape & Reel (TR) is used. In Surface Mount, this analog switch is mounted. Multiplexers and demultiplexers have a number of circuits 4:1. Temperatures around -40°C~85°C TA are extended for operation. In total, 16 terminations have occurred. The electronic part provides high-quality output because it has 4 channels. With a 15V voltage supply, the electrical component should be turned on and run. 16 pins are injected to the electronic part body. On the other hand, analog switches can be constructed using SP4T switching circuits. This multiplexer is composed of 2 circuits. Look for analog switch ic variants by searching with ADG509. Internally, this switch multiplexer has a resistance of 450Ohm. You can find the functions of the 16 pins in the datasheets. In a normalsituation, users should not supply the switches with voltage higher than 16.5V. Digital switch that provides Dual, Single power at a cost-effective price. A low voltage of 10.8V should be applied to the electronic component. The analogue multiplexer could operate on 600μA current. If put voltage greater than 16.5V on the multiplexer, damage may be caused to the device. When using dual power supplies, you should attach at least 10.8V. 15V operating voltages can be used with this electrical part. The 8 inputs need to be operated in order to work.
