ADG5204BCPZ-RL7 Overview
Due to its 16-WQFN Exposed Pad, CSP packaging, the electronic part is convenient for international shipping. This packaging method provides high reliability because it uses advanced packaging techniques. A switch device like this is mounted in Surface Mount. There is 4:1 ratio between the number of multiplexers and demultiplexers. Operating temperature around -40°C~125°C TA extended. A total of 16 terminations have been recorded.
