This electronic part is conveniently packaged in 16-WQFN Exposed Pad, CSP, making it easy to ship abroad. This packaging method provides high reliability because it uses advanced packaging techniques. In Surface Mount, this analog switch is mounted. Multiplexers and demultiplexers have a ratio of 1:1.
