ADG5412BCPZ-REEL7 Overview


This electronic part is conveniently packaged in 16-WQFN Exposed Pad, CSP, making it easy to ship abroad. To ensure high reliability, a new packaging method Tape & Reel (TR) is used. Mounted in Surface Mount is this multiplexer. There is 1:1 ratio between the number of multiplexers and demultiplexers. Operating temperature around -40°C~125°C TA extended. In total, 16 terminations have occurred. A high-quality output is provided by the electrical component's 1 channels. When the electronic component is given a voltage of 15V, it should be turned on and run. As part of its design, the 16 series is equipped with this electronic component.
