ADG612YRUZ-REEL Overview


The electronic part can be shipped overseas conveniently because it is packaged in 16-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width). To ensure high reliability, a new packaging method Tape & Reel (TR) is used. This analog switch is mounted in Surface Mount. 1:1 is the number of circuits in the multiplexer and demultiplexer. Operating temperature around -40°C~125°C TA extended. The total number of terminations is 16. A 4 channel electronic part produces high-quality output. It is safe to turn on and run the electronic component with a 5V voltage supply. An electrical component of this type can be found in the 16 series. The analog switch ics are built using SPST - NO switching circuits. Use ADG612 to search for variants of the digital switches. A 115Ohm internal resistance characterizes this multiplexer. For functions related to 16 pins, please refer to the datasheets. It is a typical Multiplexer or Switches analog multiplexer. The lowest voltage the electronic part should receive is 2.7V. This multiplexer would work with 1nA current. It may damage the digital multiplexer if the voltage is higher than 1μA. Dual supply volatge is feasible for this multiplexer. But it should not go beyond 5.5V. When using dual power supplies, you should attach at least 2.7V. A 680MHz-bandwidth can be used for data transfer.
