ADG621BRMZ Overview
Shipping overseas is convenient with the electronic component packed in 10-TFSOP, 10-MSOP (0.118, 3.00mm Width). This high-reliability packaging method uses advanced packaging methods Tube. It is mounted in the position Surface Mount. Multiplexer and demultiplexer circuits have a number 1:1. Operating temperature extended to -40°C~85°C TA. There are 10 terminations totally. It is a typical Multiplexer or Switches analog multiplexer. It is generally not recommended to supply a voltage higher than 5.5V to the switch device in normal circumstances. The digital multiplexer has a low cost Dual, Single supply. 2.7V is the lowest voltage that should be fed to the electronic electronic part. The analogue multiplexer could operate on 1nA current. If put voltage greater than 1μA on the device, damage may be caused to the analogue multiplexer. There's no problem with dual supply voltage for this switch device. However, it shouldn't exceed 5.5V. It is recommended that you attach at least 2.7V to your dual power supply. A 230MHz-bandwidth can be used for data transfer.
