ADG633YRU-REEL7 Overview
Shipping overseas is convenient with the electronic component packed in 16-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width). To ensure high reliability, a new packaging method Tape & Reel (TR) is used. In Surface Mount, this analog switch is mounted. Multiplexers and demultiplexers have a ratio of 2:1. Operating temperature around -40°C~125°C TA extended. In total, 16 terminations have occurred. A 1 channel electronic part produces high-quality output. In the case of a voltage supply of 5V volts, the electrical part can be powered up and run. A key feature of the 16 series is the inclusion of this electronic part as part of its design. Unlike digital switches, these are based on SPDT switching circuits. ADG633 can be used to search for analog multiplexer variants. It has an internal resistance of 75Ohm. Please refer to the datasheets for 16 pins functions. It is a typical Multiplexer or Switches analog multiplexer. normally, users should not supply switches with voltages higher than 12V. Digital switch that provides Dual, Single power at a cost-effective price. In order for the electronic part to function properly, the lowest voltage should be 2V. For this multiplexer to operate, 10nA current would be sufficient. It may damage the digital multiplexer if the voltage is higher than 1μA. There's no problem with dual supply voltage for this switch device. However, it shouldn't exceed 6V. When using dual power supplies, you should attach at least 2V. It is possible to operate 3 inputs. 580MHz bandwidths enable data to be transferred. An output of 6 is provided by the digital multiplexer. 1-bit operation is possible.
