ADG659YCPZ-REEL7 Overview
Due to its 16-VQFN Exposed Pad, CSP packaging, the electronic part is convenient for international shipping. High reliability is achieved by using advanced packaging method Tape & Reel (TR). There is an analog multiplexer mounted in position Surface Mount. Multiplexers and demultiplexers have a ratio of 4:1. Operational temperature extended around -40°C~85°C TA. Total terminations are 16. High-quality output is provided by the electronic component's 4 channels. A 5V voltage supply should turn on and run the electronic component.
