As the electronic part is packed in 16-SSOP (0.154, 3.90mm Width), international shipping is convenient. In order to provide high reliability, an advanced packaging method Tube is used. There is an analog multiplexer mounted in position Surface Mount. Multiplexers and demultiplexers have a ratio of 4:1. Operating temperature extended to -40°C~125°C TA.
