Presented in 5-TSSOP, SC-70-5, SOT-353, this electrical component is convenient for overseas shipping. To ensure high reliability, a new packaging method Tape & Reel (TR) is used. In Surface Mount, this analog switch is mounted. Multiplexers and demultiplexers have the same number of circuits 1:1. Operating temperature extended to -40°C~85°C TA. 5 terminations have been made so far. A electrical component with 1 channels is capable of high-quality output. With a 3V voltage supply, the electrical component should be turned on and run. As part of the design of the 5 series, this electronic part has been incorporated into the system. If you put voltage higher than 1μA on the digital multiplexer, damage may occur. 200MHz bandwidths enable data to be transferred. Resistivity from Drain to Source is 4Ohm for this electronic part.
