ADG904BCP-R Overview
The electronic component is convenient to ship overseas because it is packed in a 20-WFQFN Exposed Pad, CSP. In order to provide high reliability, an advanced packaging method Tray is used. Surface Mount is where this multiplexer is located. In total, 20 terminations have occurred. The electronic part delivers high-quality output through its 4 channels. Turning on and running the electrical part should be easy with a 2.5V voltage supply. There is an electrical component included in the 20 series. This product is integrated with an analog integrated circuit (IC) of type SINGLE-ENDED MULTIPLEXER. To supply the switch device, a voltage of 1.65V must be applied. note that this multiplexer can malfunction at temperatures above 85°C. Override -40°C in the operating environment.
