This voltage supervisor has a total of 6 mounting terminals that can be used for mounting. Power management is packaged in a Cut Tape (CT) way. Please refer to this PMIC for 1 functions. This power managment ic consists of 1 channels, each of which can be used independently. There are 6-WFBGA, CSPBGA functions included in this PMIC so that you can refer to them. With power management, you get a lot of benefits that you won't find in other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset products. Packages are specified to have an average peak reflow temperature of 260.
