ADP2164ACPZ-3.3-R7 Overview
It uses the Tape & Reel (TR) package in order to optimize the performance of this voltage regulator. There are 16 terminations in this harley voltage regulator. There are two types of analog ICs on this voltage regulator. The first type is a SWITCHING REGULATOR-type IC. In order to save space, this voltage regulator is packaged in the 16-WQFN Exposed Pad, CSP package. There are 1 outputs configured on the voltage regulator. The adjusting voltage regulator generates Fixed output. The voltage regulator 12v fits the Surface Mount mounting hole. Operating at -40°C~125°C TJ is the recommended temperature for adjusting voltage regulator's operation. A DC-DC switching regulator such as this one switches at 500kHz~1.4MHz. The voltage regulator can operate with a dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage of 2.7V. Voltage regulator's input voltage can reach 6.5V. 260 is essentially indestructible due to DC DC switching regulator's peak reflow temperature.
