ADP5070AREZ-R7 Overview
For optimal performance, this voltage regulator makes use of the Tape & Reel (TR) package. There are 20 terminations in this voltage regulator. As this regulator voltage is equipped with an analog IC of the type DUAL SWITCHING CONTROLLER, it is a DUAL SWITCHING CONTROLLER-type voltage regulator. Due to DC DC switching regulator's space saving design, this voltage regulator is available in a 20-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) Exposed Pad package. The voltage regulator is configured with 2 outputs. On its output pins, this adjusting voltage regulator generates Adjustable output. This voltage regulator 12v fits the Surface Mount mounting. This voltage regulator 12v should operate at a temperature of -40°C~125°C TJ when operating. This voltage regulator 12v reaches a switching frequency of 1.2MHz 2.4MHz. The regulator is capable of operating with a dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage of 2.85V. The output voltage (Min/Fixed) of this voltage regulator 12v is 0.8V 1.6V.
