ADP5070AREZ-R7 Overview


For optimal performance, this voltage regulator makes use of the Tape & Reel (TR) package. There are 20 terminations in this voltage regulator. As this regulator voltage is equipped with an analog IC of the type DUAL SWITCHING CONTROLLER, it is a DUAL SWITCHING CONTROLLER-type voltage regulator. Due to DC DC switching regulator's space saving design, this voltage regulator is available in a 20-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) Exposed Pad package. The voltage regulator is configured with 2 outputs. On its output pins, this adjusting voltage regulator generates Adjustable output. This voltage regulator 12v fits the Surface Mount mounting. This voltage regulator 12v should operate at a temperature of -40°C~125°C TJ when operating. This voltage regulator 12v reaches a switching frequency of 1.2MHz 2.4MHz. The regulator is capable of operating with a dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage of 2.85V. The output voltage (Min/Fixed) of this voltage regulator 12v is 0.8V 1.6V. A maximum design flexibility is provided by the 600mA 1A output current of voltage regulator. As a result of the 260 peak reflow temperature, this regulator is essentially indestructible. For operation, switching regulator requires a nominal input voltage of 5V. DC/DC regulators of this type are part of the ADP5070 family of voltage regulator 12vs. There are 20 pins used for switching regulator operation. In order to use this voltage regulator 12v at its full potential, the output voltage should be kept at at least 1.6V. ±39V's maximal output voltage allows adjusting voltage regulator to operate easily. With a maximum output voltage of 39V, DC DC switching regulator has a very high efficiency. 15V is the supply voltage for this DC-DC switching regulator.
