For optimal performance, this voltage regulator makes use of the Tape & Reel (TR) package. As you can see, this harley voltage regulator contains 16 terminations. There is one type of analog IC that this voltage regulator is equipped with, and that is the SWITCHING REGULATOR type. The space-saving 16-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) Exposed Pad package is available for this voltage regulator. The voltage regulator 12v has 3 outputs. This DC DC switching regulator generates Adjustable (Fixed) output on its output pins. This voltage regulator 12v fits the Surface Mount mounting. This voltage regulator 12v should operate at a temperature of -40°C~125°C TJ when operating. 400kHz~1.4MHz is the switching frequency of this DC-DC switching regulator. This voltage regulator is able to operate with the minimal input voltage of 2.7V. As shown in the table below, adjusting voltage regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) is equal to 0.8V 2.55V.
