ADSP-2184NBST-320 Overview
Due to its LQFP packaging, it is convenient to ship overseas. High reliability is achieved using advanced packaging method Bulk. This is a DIGITAL SIGNAL PROCESSOR, OTHER for the uPs/uCs/Peripheral ICs type. Total terminations are 100. When the voltage supply is 1.8V, the cpu microprocessor should be powered on and run.
