In order to save space, it is packaged in the 121-BGA, CSPBGA package. As a packaging method, Tray is adopted. As a type of JPEG2000 Video Codec, this electronic part is able to deliver high-efficient performance in various applications. Mounting type Surface Mount is used. Operating performance -40°C~85°C permits it to function normally. There is a voltage supply of 1.5V 3.3V to the analog circuit. 1.5V 3.3V is the supply voltage for the digital circuit.
