For space-saving reasons, it is supplied in a 120-LQFP package. Tray is the packaging method used. Its Video type ensures high-efficiency performance in a range of applications. Mounting type Surface Mount is used. When the operating performance is set to 0°C~70°C, the system can operate normally. The analog circuit is powered by 4.5V~5.5V. Supply voltage is set to 4.5V~5.5V for the digital circuit. Signals are prevented from reflecting off the transmission line's terminations by using 120 terminations. It is configured with 120 pins. As long as the minimum supply voltage is set at 4.5V, the device will work. It supports a maximum supply voltage of 5.5V.
