AFS600-FGG484I Overview
There are two packages that contain fpga chips: 484-BGA package and X package. Fpga chips consists of FIELD PROGRAMMABLE GATE ARRAY elements. Its 172 I/Os help it transfer data more efficiently. It is powered from a supply voltage of 1.5V. By attaching the Surface Mount connector, you can use this FPGA module with your development board. This device is powered by a 1.425V~1.575V battery. The Fusion? series FPGA is a type of FPGA that belongs to the Fusion? family of FPGAs. In order to ensure a safe and efficient operation, it is important to maintain a temperature within -40°C~100°C TJ at all times. In order to save space, this FPGA model has been contained in Tray.
