There are two packages that contain fpga chips: 81-WFBGA, CSBGA package and X package. This kind of FPGA is composed of FIELD PROGRAMMABLE GATE ARRAY. 66 I/Os are available for transferring data more efficiently. There are 768 logic elements/cells to form a fundamental building block.
