AK8777B Overview
A protective Tape & Reel (TR) package surrounds the magnetic switch to protect it from damage. As a safety precaution, the magnetic switches are packaged in SOT-23-6 packages. A magnetic switch is capable of supplying 5.6mA as the maximum current for maximum performance. Switches of this type are capable of delivering 20mA as the maximum current when they are in use. If magnetic switches are to be output, the maximum current should be 20mA. There is a limit to 5.6mA current that can be supplied by these switches. Magnetic switches can be set to 125°C for maximum operating temperature. In order for this magnetic switch to function, the working temperature must be greater than -40°C.
