AK8778B Overview
The magnetic switch is packaged in Tape & Reel (TR) to protect it from damage. As a safety precaution, the magnetic switches are packaged in SOT-23-6 Thin, TSOT-23-6 packages. A good performance can be achieved with magnetic switches that can deliver 5.6mA as the maximum current. If these switches are operating properly, they can output 20mA as their maximum current. It is recommended that magnetic switches have a maximum output current of 20mA. These switches have a maximum current limitation of 5.6mA. The maximum operating temperature for the magnetic switches can be set to 125°C. The magnet switch should work, however, if the operating temperature is greater than -40°C.
