ALS-PD70-01C/TR7 Overview


Tape & Reel (TR) is used to protect the photodiodes from damage. Photodiodes are packaged in SMD/SMT packages in order to ensure their safety. Continuously, the reverse-bias voltage should not exceed 35V for the photodiodes. Photodiodes have a pin count of 2. To flow current across a photodiode, a voltage of 1.3V is required. In the absence of light input, a photodiode produces a 2nA current.
