AM26LS33AMFKB Overview


Rail/Tube external packaging. 20 terminations with different functions. Buffer IC reuqires a supply voltage of 5V. 20 pins are set with the electric part. Buffer IC is suitable for Surface Mount applications. Logical driver has 20 pins. It is recommended to use a 5V power supply. To run the part safely and stably in a circuit, 5V recommends users apply 5V on the logical driver. Voltage buffer is capable of operating under temperature as low as -55°C. Digital buffer should operate with ambient temperature no higher than 125°C. Voltage used to run voltage buffer should be 4.5V at least. In regard to the maximum supply voltage, buffer driver is rated 5.5V. Speaking of receivers, this voltage buffer has 4, which is reasonable for its cost. Current beyond 70mA may cause faulty function and even damage to the electrical component.
