AP3503FMPTR-G1 Overview
It uses the Tape & Reel (TR) package in order to optimize the performance of this voltage regulator. In this voltage regulator, there are 8 terminations. There are two types of analog ICs on this voltage regulator. The first type is a SWITCHING REGULATOR-type IC. The harley voltage regulator is available as a 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) Exposed Pad package to save space. There are 1 outputs configured on the voltage regulator. On the output pins of this DC DC switching regulator, there is a Adjustable output generated. A Surface Mount mounting is required for this switching regulator. The operating temperature should be kept at -40°C~85°C TA when the voltage regulator 12v is in operation. The switching frequency of this DC-DC switching regulator reaches 340kHz. There is no dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage requirement for this regulator. DC DC switching regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) amounts to 0.925V. To meet the switching regulator operation requirements, a nominal input voltage of 12V is provided. Voltage regulator is capable of giving voltage at 20V volts.
