APX811-44UG-7 Overview


Power management is mounted through 4 terminals. Packaged in the form of a Tape & Reel (TR), power management is easy to use. Please refer to power management for TO-253-4, TO-253AA functions. There are a number of benefits that this PMIC has in common with other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset manage ics. IC management is specified that the package peak reflow temperature should be 260. IC management conducts in a 2.5V-voltage supply. The power management is mounted by a Surface Mount-axis. 4 pins are present in total in this power management. There are 4 pins on the power managment ic. It is recommended that the minimum supply voltage (Vsup) for this IC management should not be less than 1.1V volts. There should be no more than 5.5V volts of maximum supply voltage (Vsup) in this power management. The recommended mounting type is Surface Mount. Temperature setting for the supervisors should be -40°C~85°C TA. As this power managment ic operates, it is able to produce an output voltage of Push-Pull, Totem Pole. In order to maintain a stable supply current for the power management, 30μA is the recommended value. The power management monitors 1 inputs at once.
