In order to protect the image sensors, they are put into 63-LBGA packages. To prevent them from being damaged, we will package these image sensors in the Tray. An image sensor with a dynamic range of 79 dB should be used. A 1/4 inch format image sensor is specified. In the case of image sensors, the maximum voltage available is 1.95V. However, the minimum voltage supplied by image sensors should be 1.7V. Image sensors should not be exposed to temperatures greater than 70°C. Nevertheless, these electronic components should be kept at a temperature higher than -30°C. In operation, image sensors can carry a maximum current of 170mA.
