For safety reasons, image sensors are placed in 87-LBGA packages. An image sensor with a dynamic range of 120 dB should be used. It has been specified that the image sensor has an optical format of 1/1.8 inch. Typically, image sensors provide voltages of 1.26V. The minimum voltage supplied by image sensors should, however, be 1.14V. For image sensors to function properly, the temperature should not exceed 105°C. There should, however, be a temperature difference between these electronic parts and -40°C. It is possible for image sensors to operate with a maximum current of 220mA.
