AR0230CSSC12SUEA0-DR Overview
A 80-LBGA package is used for the safety protection of the image sensors. The image sensors will be protected from damage by the Tray. Image sensors should have a dynamic range of 96 dB. A 1/2.7 inch format image sensor is specified. Image sensors supply 1.95V voltage. Nevertheless, the image sensor's minimum voltage should be 1.7V. It is essential that the temperature of the image sensor does not exceed 85°C to ensure its functionality. The temperature of these electronic parts, however, should be greater than -30°C. Image sensors can carry a maximum current of 265mA when they operate.
